We are seeking a certified Medical Exercise Specialist from the American Council on Exercise (ACE) to join our team. This role involves developing and overseeing exercise programs that are safe, effective, and specifically designed for individuals with various medical conditions.
Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and supervise medical exercise programs tailored to the specific needs of clients with chronic diseases or post-rehabilitation from surgery or injury.
Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate client health status and progress.
Collaborate with healthcare providers to coordinate care and integrate clinical recommendations into exercise planning.
Educate clients on the management of their conditions through exercise and physical activity.
Monitor and document client progress, adapting exercise prescriptions as necessary to meet health goals and ensure safety.
Provide motivation and support to clients to encourage persistent adherence to their prescribed exercise regimens.

Requirements
Qualifications:
Certification as a Medical Exercise Specialist from the American Council on Exercise (ACE).
Experience in a clinical exercise setting, with a deep understanding of pathology and medical treatment as it relates to exercise intervention.
Strong analytical skills to assess client conditions and formulate effective exercise plans.
Excellent communication skills for interacting with both clients and medical professionals.
Proficient in the use of digital health platforms and technologies for remote monitoring and client management.
