Job Summary:
We are seeking a certified Health & Wellness Coach to join our team and contribute to our mission of fostering sustainable health behaviors among clients. This role requires a professional who is certified by the National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching (NBC-HWC) and has a strong background in developing effective wellness strategies that motivate clients to achieve their health goals.
Responsibilities:
Conduct initial assessments to create personalized wellness plans for clients.
Guide clients through their health and wellness journey, providing support and motivation to help them achieve their personal goals.
Monitor client progress and make adjustments to wellness plans as needed.
Educate clients on health management and lifestyle modifications.
Facilitate group coaching sessions and workshops on health-related topics.
Collaborate with other health professionals to enhance interdisciplinary approaches to patient care.
Maintain accurate and confidential client records.

Requirements
Qualifications:
Must be a certified Health & Wellness Coach with NBC-HWC certification.
Proven experience in health coaching, fitness training, or a related field.
Excellent understanding of behavior change principles, nutrition, physical activity, and wellness practices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire clients.
Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for remote coaching and data management.
Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
