We are seeking an experienced and certified Exercise Therapy Specialist from the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) to join our team. This role focuses on designing and implementing exercise programs specifically tailored to rehabilitate and support clients recovering from injuries, chronic diseases, or dealing with disabilities.
Responsibilities:
Assess client needs and develop individualized therapeutic exercise programs.
Monitor client progress and adapt exercise programs to meet evolving rehabilitative needs.
Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client rehabilitation.
Educate clients on techniques to manage pain, improve mobility, and enhance overall physical health.
Stay updated on the latest research and techniques in exercise therapy to enhance service delivery.
Document client sessions and progress while maintaining strict confidentiality and professionalism.

Requirements
Qualifications:
Certification in Exercise Therapy from the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA).
Proven experience in exercise therapy, physical therapy, or a related field.
Strong understanding of rehabilitation principles and the ability to apply these in program design and client interactions.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to empathize with clients facing physical challenges.
Proficiency in using digital platforms for session management, client communication, and progress tracking.
